About Reyna’s Mercadito
Located at 500 S Mesa St, El Paso, TX 79901, Reyna’s Mercadito operates as a coffee shop serving El Paso in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 7:30 am–1:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (915) 247-6143. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
Customers rate it 5.0 out of 5 on Google across 19 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded coffee shops in El Paso.
El Paso is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Traffic in El Paso peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Found this place from Facebook Group and I’m glad I went to try it out! Took their matcha for myself, it was delicious!, and latte for my husband. He says it’s one of the best lattes he’s tried in El Paso. The place is cute and service is great 🤍

Found on the app too good to go! This was my first time visiting this small, locally owned business, and I was seriously impressed! Everything tasted so fresh and well-made. The parfait was light and delicious, and the salads—especially the chicken salad—were flavorful and super satisfying. You can tell a lot of care goes into the ingredients and preparation. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’m really glad I gave this place a try and will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this matcha spot. The matcha is smooth, vibrant, and clearly high-quality no bitterness, just pure comfort in a cup. The atmosphere is cozy and calming, and the girl serving genuinely care about what shes doing. Whether you’re a matcha newbie or a full-on matcha snob, this place hits every mark. Can’t wait to come back.
